Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally, providing superior service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products like protection plans and fuel options. Handle incoming and outgoing calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while resolving issues for customers and vendors. Assist with rental returns by assessing vehicle condition and notify management of any customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Offer directions, maps, and local area information to enhance the customer experience. Maintain a regular attendance and punctuality while pursuing on-the-job training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
