Customer Experience Partner

Job Summary
Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and transportation providers. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. Develop demand forecasts and production plans in coordination with sales and operations teams. Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing and favorable terms. Track shipments, delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain disruptions. Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports on inventory, procurement costs, lead times, and service levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams. We are looking for: Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics; Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning; Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
