Job Summary
Associate for Customer Experience & Operations responsible for customer communications across the order lifecycle, order entry and data accuracy, invoice preparation and follow-up, and cross-functional coordination with production planning, production, and shipping teams. Serves as a reliable point of contact for client accounts, provides timely updates on order status and delivery timelines, escalates as needed, and maintains accurate client account information and order histories. Works to ensure a seamless customer experience and on-time revenue recognition, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks at the Passaic facility and collaboration with procurement and operations to deliver quality results.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, order coordination, or operations support, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to data entry, tracking, and follow-up
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication, comfortable corresponding with client contacts at procurement and operations level
- Proficiency with standard business tools including email, spreadsheets, and shared file systems; interest in using AI to improve productivity
