Job Summary
Hybrid Customer Experience Officer delivering customer service across phone, email, and in-person channels. Under supervision, resolves inquiries, processes billing issues, issues COIs and insurance documents, assists with address changes, auto-related requests, reinstatements, and claims-related follow-up. Handles outbound calls to complete customer inquiries, supports claim intake and carrier communications, and assists teammates to meet agency and team goals. Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience; ability to work weekends and flexible hours; strong written and verbal communication, time management, and computer skills in Microsoft Office.
