Job Summary
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to address service needs, communicate client requirements to cross-functional groups, and oversee complex service solution implementation. Identify and convert growth opportunities into tangible results by leading customer business reviews and providing strategic insights for service improvement. Audit customer invoices, track outstanding accounts receivable, and facilitate timely issue resolution to maintain financial accuracy. Maintain comprehensive documentation to drive account performance and ensure adherence to SLAs while collaborating on business transformation efforts. This role supports Stord's mission to power seamless checkout for leading brands through strategic scaling and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in customer experience, account management, or a related field
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complex service solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with financial processes, including auditing invoices and managing accounts receivable
- Ability to lead customer business reviews and provide strategic recommendations
- Stord participates in E-verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Fulfillment, or Ecommerce
- Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics
- Background in business transformation initiatives or process optimization
- Proficiency in CRM or customer service management tools
