Customer Experience Manager Rare Hematology (all genders)

Customer Experience Manager Rare Hematology is a field-based role focused on developing and implementing customer-centric projects that drive sales and exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape regional strategies aligned with Marketing, Sales and Medical teams, implement Go-to-Market plans, identify key customers and networks, and craft customer journeys based on analytics. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing regional plans for new products, supporting digital transformation for the sales force, conducting co-creation workshops and surveys, analyzing customer needs across materials and touchpoints, coordinating material development with agencies, ensuring approvals in PromoMats/eBuy, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders. The role requires hands-on budget management for projects/events, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to leverage digital channels and external customer communications. Strong experience in Marketing, project management, and pharma field sales (ideally with AMG §75 recognition or a natural sciences degree) and fluency in German (with good English) are highly valued. A hybrid work arrangement is offered in Frankfurt (Germany). The salary range is €79,104 to €105,472 per year (converted approximate USD range for budgeting: about 87,016 to 115,020 USD).
