Job Summary
Manage front-end operations and deliver a customer-centric shopping experience in a Michaels store; lead omnichannel processes, coach the customer experience team, ensure SOPs and company programs are followed, and drive KPI attainment. Responsibilities include assisting with cash reconciliation, inventory processes (RTV/ASN), shrink and safety programs, onboarding and development of team members, training and performance management, and serving as Manager on Duty (MOD). Also involves cross-training in Custom Framing and supporting high-quality framing solutions in stores without a dedicated Framing Manager, plus participating in in-store events and ensuring a welcoming, compliant environment for customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred
