Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager in Grande Prairie, AB at Michaels the Michaels Companies. Lead front-end operations and deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by guiding omnichannel processes, maintaining SOPs, ensuring policy compliance, achieving KPIs, and coaching the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier). responsibilities include training and performance management, serving as Manager on Duty, assisting with cash handling, inventory activities (RTV/ASN), shrink and safety programs, on-the-job onboarding, cross-training in framing in select stores, truck unloading, and participating in in-store events.
