Job Summary
Oversee front-end operations and lead crew to achieve customer service goals at Five Below in McHenry, IL. Responsibilities include training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring fast, friendly checkout, leading the store to meet customer service score goals provided by the District Manager, managing front-end merchandising to brand standards, ensuring equipment is functioning, opening/closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing duties of store manager in the manager’s absence. Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew; review corporate communications; collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery; perform store maintenance and stock room duties. Requires ability to move up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
