Job Summary
As the foundational member of the customer experience team, you will connect technology with users, develop scalable support systems, and act as the primary contact for customers during installation and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or success
- Deep understanding of Kora’s hardware and software systems
- Ability to develop guides and training materials
- Experience in tracking and analyzing customer feedback
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in customer support or success for hardware, smart-home, or clean-tech products (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Technical curiosity
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to create processes and documentation
Additional Requirements
- Must be located in or willing to commute to the Sacramento area
