Job Summary
Lead front-end operations and train crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure every guest has a fast, friendly checkout. Drive store performance by achieving customer service score goals with the District Manager, manage front-end merchandising to meet brand standards, maintain front-end equipment, and oversee opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness. Act as store manager in the absence of the Store Manager, recruit, train, coach, and develop crew members, and collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising and World Recovery. Perform maintenance duties as needed (trash, cleaning, stock room) and be prepared for flexible schedules including day, evening, weekends, and travel as required.
