Job Summary
Lead store operations by ensuring crew members deliver exceptional customer service through personal contact and training on the B.E.S.T. experience. Manage front-end merchandising for candy, soda, and snacks, maintaining brand standards and equipment functionality while overseeing opening and closing procedures. Supervise all crew members by recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, and perform store manager duties during their absence. Handle store maintenance tasks including cleaning, stock room organization, and merchandise recovery. Execute daily essential functions such as operating cash registers, moving merchandise up to 25 lbs, and assisting customers on the sales floor. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
Desired Qualifications
