Job Summary
Store-level leadership to ensure WOW customer experiences. Oversees front-end operations, trains crew on the BEST customer service experience, leads store to achieve customer service score goals, ensures front-end merchandising meets standards, maintains equipment and store cleanliness, handles opening/closing procedures, covers store-manager duties in their absence, recruits/coaches/supervises crew members, collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery, performs maintenance and stock-room duties, and supports a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of management experience; strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
