Job Summary
Lead a Five Below store to deliver WOW customer experiences by supervising crew, training in the BEST customer service routine, and driving front-end operations to meet brand standards. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, developing, and supervising crew members; managing opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, and merchandise presentation; ensuring front-end equipment readiness; maintaining stockroom organization; and collaborating with the store manager and leadership team to achieve customer-service and store goals. Strong focus on multi-tasking, verbal/written communication, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel as required. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and prior management experience; college experience preferred.
