Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager at Five Below responsible for leading store operations to wow customers, train crew on BEST customer service, achieve guest-service score goals, manage front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards, ensure equipment reliability, and partner with store leadership on recruiting, coaching, and developing crew. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of management experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and flexible scheduling; duties include opening/closing, maintaining store cleanliness, maintaining stock room, and executing store initiatives.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
