Job Summary

Leads store operations and customer experience at Five Below by coaching crew to deliver the BEST customer service, training staff on the customer experience, and achieving service-score goals. Oversees front-end operations, merchandising to brand standards, equipment readiness, and opening/closing procedures. Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members, communicates with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery, and handles store maintenance and stock-room duties. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, flexibility to work day/evening/weekends, and the ability to perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • College experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
