Job Summary
Manages the customer experience and front-end operations at Five Below, ensuring crew delivers the BEST customer service, trains crew on the customer service strategy, and leads the store to achieve customer service score goals. Oversees front-end merchandising, equipment readiness, opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and readiness for guests; performs store manager duties in the manager's absence; partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and develop crew; reviews corporate communications and collaborates with the store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery; conducts store maintenance and stock-room tasks. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, creative thinking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
