Job Summary
Ensure all crew members deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and lead the store to maintain customer service score goals. Manage front-end operations by setting merchandising standards for candy, soda, and snacks, verifying equipment functionality, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Supervise all crew members through recruitment, training, and coaching while performing store manager duties during their absence. Handle store maintenance tasks including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization. Frequently operate cash registers, move merchandise up to 25 lbs, and assist customers on the sales floor. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
