Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager at Five Below leads store-wide efforts to wow customers through personal service, trains crew on the BEST customer service experience, and drives front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards. The role partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and develop crew, ensures front-end equipment and store maintenance are in good order, handles opening/closing procedures, and may act as store manager in their absence. The position requires supervising front-line staff, maintaining customer-facing scores, coordinating communications, and supporting store leadership in merchandising and recovery efforts. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment, and maintaining flexibility to work day/evening/weekend hours with travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Leadership experience in retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
