Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager at Five Below leading store operations and customer service excellence. Responsible for training crew on the BEST customer service experience, driving store-wide customer-service score goals, overseeing front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained, and performing store-manager duties in the manager’s absence. Partners with the store manager to recruit, coach, develop, and supervise crew; collaborates with the leadership team on merchandising procedures and recovery; oversees store maintenance and housekeeping, and supports flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Requires strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts and travel as required)
