Job Summary
As the Customer Experience Manager at Five Below, you will lead the store team to deliver a WOW customer experience, train crew on the BEST customer service approach, drive front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards, oversee opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness, and perform store-manager duties in the absence of the Manager. You will recruit, coach, and develop crew members, collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and store initiatives, manage front-end equipment and stock-room responsibilities, and ensure effective communication with corporate updates. The role requires strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, creativity, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with possible travel. A High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of management experience are required; the position is in-person at Fleming Island, FL."
