Job Summary
Lead the assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals by ensuring all crew members deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. Manage front-end operations, including merchandising candy, soda, and snacks to brand standards, while overseeing equipment maintenance and opening/closing procedures. Train, coach, and supervise all crew members, performing store manager duties in their absence and partnering with leadership on recruitment and World Recovery initiatives. Handle daily tasks such as store maintenance, stock room management, and assisting customers across the sales floor. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
Desired Qualifications
- College experience preferred
