Job Summary
Lead store operations and front-end leadership to deliver the Five Below customer experience. Train crew on the BEST customer service experience to achieve and maintain customer service score goals. Oversee front-end merchandising and equipment performance, open/close procedures, and store cleanliness. Perform store-manager duties in their absence and partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew. Collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery, and handle communications and store-wide maintenance. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, creative thinking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and possibly overnights.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
