Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager at Five Below leads store-wide customer service excellence, trains crew on the B.E.S.T. experience, guides front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards, ensures equipment readiness, oversees opening/closing procedures, maintains store cleanliness, and performs store-manager duties when needed. Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members; communicates with corporate updates and collaborates with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery. Requires ability to multi-task, strong verbal and written communication, and flexible scheduling including day/evening/weekend shifts, with physical duties such as lifting and moving merchandise and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
