Job Summary
Oversee front-end operations and customer-service excellence at Five Below in Columbus, OH. Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals. Manage front-end merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards, ensure equipment is functioning, open and close procedures are followed, and keep the store clean and ready for customers. Perform store-manager duties in the absence of the store manager. Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members; review corporate communications and respond accordingly; collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery. Support store maintenance and stock-room organization. Requires High School diploma (College experience preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of management experience; strong verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, creativity, and composure under pressure. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts with travel as required.
