Job Summary
Manage all aspects of store cash handling operations, including tills and deposits, acting as a liaison between cash office, customer service, and returns. Communicate with multiple departments, buyers, management, and store personnel to resolve customer inquiries, while ensuring accurate cash control, record keeping of till overages/shortages, and secure deposits. Oversee cashier duties, returns processes, and customer service inquiries, providing solutions with minimal supervision and maintaining a high standard of customer experience in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years cash handling experience in a retail environment
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
