Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager overseeing Spokane and Billings branches, leading a team of customer service and warehouse professionals, coaching and developing staff, managing quotes and orders, ensuring inventory integrity and KPI achievement, handling budgets and P&L considerations, and coordinating monthly travel between locations. Responsibilities include hiring/training, performance evaluations, acting as the primary contact for a large customer base, managing PO/shipment tracking and order fulfillment escalations, maintaining safe, organized facilities, and using reporting tools to measure performance against goals. Requires strong leadership, service-oriented mindset, budgeting experience, ERP familiarity (Epicor Prophet 21 or similar), and the ability to manage a flexible schedule with monthly onsite travel.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising, managing, and developing people
- Strong experience in a service-related environment; ability to handle emergency customer needs
- Experience with budgeting, sales targets, or managing P&L/expense reports
- Superior ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks across multiple branch locations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
