Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager at Five Below in Swansea, MA responsible for leading the store’s front-end operations and ensuring a WOW customer experience. Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, drives the store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager, oversees front-end merchandising to meet brand standards, ensures front-end equipment is maintained, and handles opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness. Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members; reviews corporate communications and collaborates with the store leadership team on merchandising and recovery efforts; performs store maintenance and may assume store manager duties in the absence of the manager. Requires at least High School graduate or equivalent and minimum 2 years of management experience; strong verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling abilities.
