Job Summary
Oversee front-end operations at Five Below in Lincoln, RI, driving customer satisfaction and sales by leading the store team, training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, managing opening/closing procedures, merchandising standards, and front-end equipment, and partnering with the store manager to recruit, coach, and develop staff. Ensure adherence to brand standards, maintain store cleanliness and readiness, and support store leadership in merchandising and recovery efforts. Requires HS diploma, strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work a schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts with travel as required. Required Qualifications
