Job Summary
Manages customer experience at Five Below by training crew on the BEST customer service approach, leading front-end operations to meet brand standards, ensuring checkout efficiency, maintaining store cleanliness and readiness, and performing store-manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and developing crew members, collaborating with the store leadership on merchandising and recovery, and ensuring equipment functionality and adherence to procedures. Requires strong communication, multitasking, creativity, and the ability to work a flexible schedule; physical tasks include stocking, moving merchandise, and occasional lifting; role emphasizes delivering a WOW customer experience and achieving customer service score goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel
