Job Summary

The Customer Experience Leader (CEL) is a member of the Store's Leadership Team responsible for leading and executing work that enhances store operations and customer experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Store Leadership team to cultivate a customer-centric culture across physical and online channels, opening/closing the store, daily operations, maintaining visual standards, achieving or exceeding sales plans, keeping the team informed about products, promotions, and programs, planning and prioritizing work, overseeing facilities, health and safety, and loss prevention during the shift, modeling Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics, coaching and feedback, contributing to talent management and development, cross-functional collaboration, and fostering an environment of trust and inclusion. The role also involves participating in talent calibration and supporting development of CER talent, with a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility and to health and safety as a top priority.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, merchandising or operations role
  • Experience leading others
  • Knowledge of Provincial Health & Safety standards
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, with appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Minimum 25 Hours a week availability that includes evenings and weekends and could include early mornings and holidays
