Job Summary
Customer Experience Internship focusing on exposure to the insurance industry across claims, operations, and billing. On-site at The Mutual Group home office in West Des Moines, you will collaborate with leaders and team members, participate in team and leadership meetings, learn business operations and strategy, shadow colleagues, and develop professional skills in communication, relationship-building, and daily operations. The role offers mentorship, real projects, and a structured 39-hour work week with a potential transition to a full-time role based on business needs. Required Qualifications
- Active college student
- Attending an eligible college or university
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive team environment as well as independently
- Onsite attendance at home office (1111 Ashworth Road, West Des Moines)
