Job Summary
Work as an onsite Customer Experience Intern in Gurgaon (Mon–Fri at the office with Saturday work-from-home). Conduct outbound/inbound conversations with parents to understand their experience with Noise kids’ smartwatches, ask structured and open-ended questions, and document insights. Prepare weekly feedback summaries for internal teams; identify recurring concerns and suggestions; collaborate with product, customer experience, and quality teams to share relevant insights. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clarity in communication; ensure privacy and data-handling guidelines are followed. Must have excellent English and Hindi, strong interpersonal skills, patience, active listening, and the ability to take clear notes and present insights in a structured manner; basic MS Office proficiency and an interest in consumer technology.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- High degree of patience, active listening, and professionalism when engaging with parents
- Ability to take clear notes and present insights in a structured manner
- Basic proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting
- Interest in consumer technology
