Job Summary
Customer Experience Intern is responsible for managing the sales fulfillment process, coordinating with internal departments and external plants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. This role aims to optimize the customer experience, driving market-leading customer satisfaction, customer interaction tools, sales growth and profitability. Key duties include managing designated key customer accounts and order fulfillment, entry/confirmation/management of sales orders including forecast alignment, resolving customer orders with Internal Sales (pricing, delivery, quality, quantity), maintaining customer relationships with regular touchpoints, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing backlog reports and expediting procurement with vendors, coordinating SAP issues, maintaining material master data in SAP, and credit management. Must be enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, Communications program or be a recent graduate, and be bilingual in English and French. 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. SAP experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, Communications college or university program, or a recent graduate (within the last 6 months)
- Bilingual (English and French)
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SAP experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
