Job Summary
Lead a crew of 2–3 installers, manage daily jobsite operations, and drive and maintain a company truck. Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through final walkthrough, coach crew members, and ensure projects meet quality standards. Capture before-and-after media, solicit Google reviews and referrals, and identify opportunities to improve customer gutter systems. Educate homeowners on additional protective services and generate revenue through ethical recommendations while collaborating with the Sales Team. Maintain accurate job documentation. Requires 2+ years of exterior construction experience, a clean driver's license, and ability to lift 75 pounds. Competitive hourly pay with production bonuses and sales incentives available.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of exterior construction or gutter installation experience
- Leadership experience managing crews
