Job Summary
Customer Experience Intern role focusing on customer support across email, chat, social media, and marketplaces; monitor reviews on platforms like Amazon/Flipkart, identify recurring issues, and share consumer insights with product/marketing/ops teams; maintain trackers and templates, support CX metrics tracking (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction), and assist in CX operations and quality checks. Ideal for candidates pursuing or recently completing a degree, with strong written English and Hindi, empathetic and organized, proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with customer support tools or e-commerce platforms is a plus. Internship offers hands-on experience and an internship certificate with a recommendation letter upon successful completion.
