Customer Experience Generalist (Daylight)

Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries by communicating through Email, WhatsApp, Slack, Live Chat and ticketing platforms to solve customer needs; analyze customer transaction status with operational tools (Splunk, Redash, Postman); raise awareness of issues to other CS teams; provide necessary information on transactions, product, and onboarding; escalate when necessary; collaborate with multiple departments to resolve inquiries and drive operational excellence; demonstrate empathy and maintain customer satisfaction; roster on weekends and public holidays as needed; work during Daylight time windows (8am-2pm GMT+7, 2pm-8pm GMT+7, 9am-3pm GMT+8); guided by a goal-oriented, analytical mindset with strong English communication; be prepared to learn and contribute to process improvements and new initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Finance / Accounting, Communications, Computer science/IT
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer/Merchant Operations management or similar Departments in B2B sectors and/or Relationship Management Experience in Banks, Financial Institutions; Fresh graduates welcome
