Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician – Removables at Dandy. Collaborate with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes; provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video; translate clinical feedback into production outcomes across the lab. Requires 3+ years in dental technician work, 2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (Implant and Crown & Bridge), deep knowledge of digital dental workflows, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple complex conversations in a fast-changing, fully digital lab environment. Fluent in local language with strong English for global collaboration; comfortable engaging with clinicians and meeting tight deadlines in a professional, customer-facing role.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years in a Dental Technician Role
- 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (Implant and Crown & Bridge)
- Deep understanding of digital dental workflows (implant systems, scan bodies)
- Fluency in English and local language; English for global collaboration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-growing fully-digital lab environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with high quality
