Job Summary

Cisco’s Customer Experience technical leader role is a senior, strategic customer-facing position responsible for defining and leading complex adoption programs across architectures, integrating AI methodologies to drive scalable customer outcomes, delivering advanced enablement for global high-complexity customers, and advising senior leaders on technology strategy and investment decisions. The role involves orchestrating cross-functional execution of technical adoption plans, aligning Cisco resources and partner capabilities with customer priorities, facilitating executive-level engagements, mentoring talent, and standardizing customer success practices across regions and architectures. Strong expertise in VPN, secure cloud, identity and access management, DNS security, and modern security frameworks is required, with a track record of influencing senior customer leaders and delivering measurable business outcomes. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • Expert-level (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification expected
  • Deep technical expertise in VPN technologies, including Remote Access VPN (RAVPN)
  • Deep technical expertise in Secure Cloud environments
  • Deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IDP, SSO, MFA, etc.)
  • Deep technical expertise in current and emerging security frameworks (Zero Trust Network Access, CASB, DLP, Remote Browser Isolation)
  • Deep technical expertise in DNS and DNS Security
  • Preferred qualifications include extensive experience leading global, complex customer adoption and enablement programs, executive-level engagements, and industry-recognized security credentials (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC)
