Job Summary
Customer Experience Customer Success Specialist - Splunk (Remote) leads strategic, technical adoption efforts across large enterprise segments in Eastern Canada. Responsibilities include driving adoption strategies and TAP execution, delivering advanced enablement like executive briefings and architecture-specific workshops, acting as a trusted advisor to senior customer leaders, coordinating TAPs with cross-functional teams, and partnering with Sales and CX leadership to craft adoption journeys that align with renewals and expansion. The role requires deep knowledge of Cisco technologies (including AI advancements), ability to design and run complex labs and 1:many technical sessions, and a track record of guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization. It also involves advocacy between customers and Cisco product teams, sharing feedback for product improvements, and participating in events and community engagements to scale best practices globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in related field
- 5+ years of related experience in customer success or CX
- Experience with TAP and adoption programs
- CCIE or equivalent certification expected
- Ability to work across multiple teams (CXMs, CSMs, Sales, Partners)
- Enterprise deployment experience and understanding of AI-driven insights
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 5+ years of related experience in customer success or experience
- Masters + 4 years of related experience or PhD + 3 years of related experience or equivalent
- Expert level (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification
