Job Summary
Cisco CX Customer Experience team’s Customer Success Specialist guides customers through adoption journeys from baselining environments to onboarding roadmaps and executive workshops, acting as a strategic technical advisor to drive value and inform Cisco Product Management on challenges and opportunities. The role leads high-impact workshops, Expert-Insight-Series sessions, and Accelerators, applying validated adoption frameworks to ensure long-term product utilization and customer success across Networking, Security, and Cloud & AI Infrastructure. The role requires expert knowledge of Cisco data-center and cloud infrastructure technologies, strong API/programming capability to integrate solutions, and 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience, with business fluency in Korean and English.
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of ACI, HyperFlex, UCS, Nexus, MDS, Intersight, Nutanix, NDFC(with VXLAN), and NDI
- Hybrid Cloud: Expert understanding of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Orchestration: Proficiency in using APIs and programmability to integrate Cisco solutions into existing customer ecosystems
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles
- Language: Business fluency in Korean (native level) and English communication skills sufficient for a professional work environment
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: CCIE, CISM, CISSP; Cisco Certified Success Specialist certification strongly preferred
