Job Summary
Customer Experience Clerk role handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams and external contacts (field staff, lawyers, contractors, government agencies) to deliver accurate, timely responses. Requires Grade 12 education with solid computer skills and MS Office; experience with customer information systems and billing software is a plus. Must work both independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form. The position is hourly, in-person in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, with benefits and a focus on customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 education
- intermediate computer skills
- strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Customer Information Systems and Billing Software is an asset
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as in a team environment
- Ability to show initiative and multi-task in a service oriented, fast paced environment
- Strong organization and time management skills to serve customers in an accurate and timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
