Job Summary
Customer Experience Crew Member responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across inbound inquiries, guiding customers to the appropriate agent or department, processing and improving feedback, developing processes for feedback intake, scheduling third-party contractors for repairs, and identifying leads/referrals while maintaining professional, proactive communication and collaboration with the ION Solar team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Customer service experience required
- Solar experience preferred but not required
