Customer Experience Crew Member at ION Solar is responsible for guiding customers through the post-installation experience, resolving issues, collecting feedback, and generating referrals. Key duties include facilitating smooth handoffs to agents/departments, responding to inquiries with proactive, professional service, adapting processes for feedback intake, following up on reviews, and collaborating with team members to strengthen customer relationships. Ideal candidates have prior customer support experience, strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, CRM familiarity, ability to multitask and manage time, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a high school diploma or equivalent is required and solar experience is a plus.
