Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for directing the flow of customers through the Front End, ensuring adequate checkout coverage to minimize wait times, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, enforcing policies to boost customer satisfaction, enforcing cash control procedures, assisting with cashier transactions (change, voids, refunds), conducting unannounced audits of cashiers, monitoring cashier/lot attendant performance, participating in frontline training, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws, operating front-end scanning equipment and registers, bagging merchandise efficiently, answering calls and making necessary announcements, maintaining transaction accuracy and proper cash handling, ensuring security of cash drawers, adhering to tobacco and alcohol sale guidelines, maintaining knowledge of weekly ads and store layout, ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance, and supporting PPE usage; emphasizes teamwork and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or working towards)
