Job Summary
Oversee front-of-store operations and lead a team of Associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience, promoting loyalty programs and ensuring prompt, courteous service. Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, assign registers and coordinate POS coverage, and address customer concerns promptly. Maintain store standards, safety, and labor-law compliance while supporting training needs with management. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, and teamwork with the ability to adapt to schedule changes, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
