Job Summary
Customer Experience Coordinator responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by leading front-end operations, mentoring Associates, training on front-end principles, and promoting loyalty programs. Maintains a positive store environment, coordinates POS coverage and breaks, addresses customer concerns promptly, ensures tasks align with the store plan, communicates priorities to management and Associates, participates in Associate training needs, and adheres to labor laws and safety policies. Requires strong merchandising knowledge, multitasking, and excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; team-oriented with the ability to train others. Location: Columbus, GA storefronts; starting pay $14.00–$14.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
