Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store associates, ensuring prompt, courteous service, and promoting loyalty programs. Leads by example, trains and mentors associates on front-end principles, assigns registers and manages POS coverage, addresses customer concerns, and supports management in training, safety, and labor-compliance activities. Delivers effective communication with management and staff, participates in shrink-reduction goals, and fosters a positive, honest store culture. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising and multitasking abilities, and the ability to train others to enhance customer personalization and loyalty program participation. Pay starts at $14.00–$14.50 per hour, based on skills and experience, with benefits available per company plans.
Required Qualifications
