Job Summary
Promotes an excellent customer experience by overseeing front-of-store operations and a team of Associates. Responsibilities include training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, coaching on personalizing customer experiences and loyalty programs, ensuring proper POS coverage and breaks, addressing customer concerns promptly, aligning tasks with the store plan, providing management with progress updates, partnering on Associate training needs, and promoting safety and adherence to labor laws. Requires strong merchandising knowledge, multi-tasking abilities, effective communication, and teamwork; openings require flexibility to work nights and weekends. The role is based at the Springfield, OR location with a starting pay range of $16.50–$17.00 per hour. Benefits are available as described by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
