Job Summary
Coordinate front-end customer experience and lead Associates at the Salem, MA TJ Maxx store. Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, manage POS coverage and breaks, promote loyalty programs, address customer concerns, ensure tasks align with the store plan, and uphold labor laws, safety, and company policies. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, merchandising awareness, and the ability to train others; part-time schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay ranges from $17.25 to $17.75 per hour. Benefits package and a supportive, inclusive work environment are offered.
